Mifiel is the most trusted e-signature SaaS solution in Mexico. The platform has been entrusted to secure legal documents of hundreds of organizations including multinational banks and Fortune 500 companies. The advanced e-signatures* generated by Mifiel are presumed to be authentic in court unless the signer can prove otherwise, giving it advantage over any other e-signature standard or even autograph signatures. As such, Mifiel provides a more legally robust alternative to widely used e-signature platforms that are better suited to the legal systems in the U.S. and the U.K. Mifiel is also the first platform in the world to enable the secure electronic transfer of endorsable documents (e.g. negotiable instruments such as promissory notes, titles, etc.) by leveraging blockchain technology. *An advanced e-signature is akin to a digital identification card issued by the government, often associated to the biometric data of the individual to which it belongs. It is composed of a cryptographic key pair (provided as files or as files embedded within a chip in an ID card) that allows the individual to securely authenticate their identity and sign documents digitally. There are over 60 countries in the world that emit such signatures, most notably in Mexico, the EU, and East Asia.
