Marley's main objective is to create an alternative financing option for special events – starting with wedding venues. There is no platform that offers technology-centered financing options for underrepresented/underbanked communities. Many that choose to finance their payments go with loans that are high-interest and have terrible terms; their application for a loan takes days to approve, and they have trouble keeping their head above the water with ballooning debt obligations. Marley reduces the friction of customers paying upfront high costs for many of their special life events, working with venues to make this possible.
