Logical Entertainment company profile

Logical Entertainment was a British entertainment brand founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs Leo Wynne and Callum L. Grady. Conceived as a bold, multi-industry venture spanning music, film, gaming, and sports, Logical’s launch was as personal as it was professional - co-founded by romantic partners, the company’s trajectory shifted dramatically when the founders parted ways just one week after launch due to a business disagreement. Grady subsequently acquired full ownership, marking a symbolic turning point in both his career and personal life. Under Grady’s sole leadership, Logical Entertainment underwent a strategic pivot. The company merged early with Kohinoor, a tech conglomerate, and Verve Solutions, a business services firm, forming the umbrella entity Hydra Incorporated. Grady streamlined operations, shutting down all departments except talent management, which had emerged as Logical’s most successful and recognisable offering. In a later phase, Grady reacquired full ownership of Logical and sold a 60% stake to Kohinoor under undisclosed terms. In early 2021, Kohinoor and Grady listed a majority stake in Logical for sale, entering acquisition talks with events entrepreneur Lewis Harper. When negotiations fell through and the COVID-19 pandemic continued to strain the business, Kohinoor made the decision to close Logical Entertainment permanently in July 2021.
