The LAZZZ Health & Wellness Center project is entering the construction phase on 9,500 m2 of land, in Gorski kotar, Croatia, the area between the capital city of Zagreb and the coastal city of Rijeka. The object of the investment is the construction and equipping of the tourist infrastructure LAZZZ Health & Wellness, which consists of a central building (wellness, fitness, sauna, swimming pool and other facilities) and 8 accommodation units with a total capacity of 16 beds.
