Each year, due to medication non-adherence 3M people die, and $637 billions are lost in annual revenue for Life Science Companies. PEOPL is a digital health startup that helps spanish-speaking chronic disease patients to complete their treatment. We serve as a 1) clinical diary for patients that eases treatment management, and 2) a community for patient education and support. Users engage daily with a virtual assistant providing information that sends it back to them as reminders for their treatment and weekly reports that are used with their physician. Life Science companies contract PEOPL to reduce disease burden; they customers love how daily engagement improves treatment adherence and the investment in this field is growing at a pace of 18% YoY. We launched 5 months ago with a focus on the user side and have organically grown to 500+ patients & caregivers in 7 countries in LATAM, maintaining an incredible 80% of users using the product 4+ days a week until today.
