HCP Sense offers a unique, simple and economical measurement technology for monitoring forces and lubricant conditions in rolling bearings. Load data are essential for predictive maintenance and for optimizing manufacturing processes. In discussions with machine builders and plant operators, HCP Sense recognized that the effort involved in adapting constructions is a major obstacle when integrating sensors. For this reason, HCP Sense has developed a patented sensor bearing that takes up the same installation space as a corresponding conventional bearing and requires only minimal design adjustments. It is therefore very easy and economical for the user to integrate it into existing structures.
