The core nature of GRST's water-based technology is to revolutionize the lithium-ion battery industry into a low-cost, low emissions, circular lithium-ion battery economy. Our goal, therefore, is to be an asset-light, high-margin, R&D and licensing-driven technology company. Our WATMAR3 water-based lithium-ion battery manufacturing and recycling technology can be applied to all existing (with minimal alteration) and future production lines (including solid-state). So rather than competing against other lithium-ion battery manufacturers, we are looking to collaborate.  The key differentiation of GRST is that WATMAR3 is an environmentally friendly way to manufacture and recycle lithium-ion batteries without toxic solvent, binder, high energy consumption, and carbon emission, and can be applied to any lithium-ion battery chemistry without sacrifice in safety and performance. Our goal is to help all lithium-ion battery manufacturers to produce greenly, economically with high recyclability so that even countries with the strictest environmental regulations can produce in their own territory. As we see it, the lithium-ion battery industry has become a strategic industry for many counties.
