Grainger plc, a FTSE250 business, is the UK’s largest listed residential landlord. Established in 1912, Grainger prides itself as a leading, responsible and long-term landlord. A market leader in the UK Private Rented Sector (“PRS”) and at the forefront of the Build to Rent sector, Grainger invests in and provides long-term, purpose-built, rental homes nationwide. Grainger has a portfolio of over 8,600 rental homes worth over c. £2.6bn and the company has pledged to invest over £850m into the PRS by 2020. Grainger is widely recognized for its excellence in the UK residential sector. The company won Property Company of the Year 2017 at the Property Awards and Residential Asset Manager of the Year at the RESI Awards from 2012 to 2015. Grainger is also a member of the FTSE4Good index, and it has been recognized by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) with Green Star status in 2015 and 2016. The company won a Gold Award for the second year running at the EPRA Sustainability Awards 2015.
