Launched in late 2018, at GovEVA, our goal is to enable organizations deliver on ESGC (Environmental, Social, Governance and Compliance) impact. We have built an AI-enabled technology platform, supplemented by analytics and advisory services, to enable companies assess, rate and improve in ESGC areas. We want to “provide the electricity that lights up an organization’s ESGC bulb” PROBLEM & MARKET OPPORTUNITY ESGC thinking and ESGC metrics are becoming increasingly important to assess company performance, perception and valuation for e.g., sustainable investment market size (investment in companies where ESGC is a focus) is estimated to be $30 Trillion+ globally. Companies at the forefront of ESGC evolution enjoy a 25-50% higher PE compared to its peers. Purely from a Compliance perspective, the cost of non-compliance is nearly 3X the cost of doing it right OUR VALUE PROPOSITION We have created an ecosystem with GovEVA as its hub, to solve for all aspects of ESGC for any organization, more specifically: 1. Gap Analysis and Roadmap to address Gaps, 4.Detailed Work-planning, Tracking and Reporting and 5.Suite of key Tools, Diagnostics, and Analytics We have built an Intelligent, AI Driven Platform + Analytics and Advisory Services. We rolled out first phase of technology platform focusing on the “GC” of the ESGC, "ES"​ modules underway and planned for 2020 release. Our current platform has 4 key modules: 1. Governance enhancement, 2. Compliance management, 3. Best-in-class e-meeting (with Video Conferencing) platform and 4.
