Since its inception in 2004, Global Broadband Solution (GBS) has specialized in the design and delivery of broad-based telecommunications solutions to Africa, particularly in satellite and radio IP solutions.GBS provides the ability to connect anywhere in Africa via Satellite, Wimax and Optical Fiber in some cities. Besides Internet access, they also provide VoIP telephony on their own platform and toward all the destinations in the world (fixed and mobile). They operate from their local bases in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Kisangani and Goma in the DRC, Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo where permanent teams of highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians run the installations and provide their customers with necessary help and support. These teams are supported by the headquarters team in Waterloo, Belgium, which takes care of the management, design, logistics and interaction between the various subsidiaries. GBS also designs and implements tailor-made telecoms solutions, including project study, equipment procurement, installation, servicing and maintenance thereof, remote support and training of local teams.
