In a world where women no longer gather for creative experiences like we historically did, Gild Collective is bringing the $30B craft industry back into community by offering women opportunities to come together for creative experiences that they love. We do this in two ways: First, we design on-trend DIY projects and provide supply kits and high quality photo and video instruction for in-home craft parties. Parties are booked through our website and all kits are purchased in advance of a party. We ship supplies to the party hostess, whose kit is free. Projects range from $29-45 per person with substantial margins. Second, we enable local artisans to sell their skills through teaching. Through our artisan series, they design their own DIY projects and source all supplies. Gild Collective simply provides them with a platform, marketing, and payment processing in exchange for a per-head fee ($2-$11) per person at their parties, all of which is profit.
