Elun - a mobile experiences company from Chile - has developed a whole digital ecosystem called Notros thinking of corporations and large companies. The aim of Notros is to generate memorable experiences while strengthening the relationship between its clients and their customers. Notros connects with various sources of information and delivers a set of useful outputs aligned with the spirit described above. Using context provided by its native integration with the main WiFi manufactures and technology dealers on LATAM (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba Networks, Fortinet and Ruckus), in addition to mobile devices sensors and information from users behavior, Notros offers a differentiated experience for each user, exploiting its massive customization approach. On the other hand, Notros has a lite version of its platform called ElunXp, a digital suite focused on improving the relationship between customers and Small/Medium businesses using WiFi networks as a sales and loyalty program channel. Looking forward to add value for this segment, but now integrated with B2C WiFi manufacturers (D-link, Aruba Central & Meraki Go, etc.), Elun XP offers a differentiated experience for recurrent and occasional customers of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels, among others.
