Lundy is a Prop-Tech company that provides a voice interface to the real estate industry. Our search portal, Finding Homes, is available on the Amazon Alexa platform. Our goal is to make the process of searching for and accessing information about homes for sale more efficient and accessible for everyone. In addition to our search portal, we also plan to add voice interfaces to other areas of the real estate industry, such as listing input, scheduling showings, scheduling open houses, and providing market updates. We believe that using voice technology can increase efficiency and make the real estate industry more accessible for all. We are currently working with multiple listing services (MLSs) to syndicate all listing data to our platform and make active properties accessible by voice. We have already signed partnerships with multiple MLSs, and are working on partnerships with many more. At Lundy, we are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve the real estate industry, and we are excited to see what the future holds for us.
