Gemini is an assigned “deposition officer” on behalf of California licensed attorneys. It serves California attorneys that represent injured workers in contested workers'​ compensation claims. Gemini is a California Corporation, owned by Dan Mora, Frank Smithson, and Jeff Pierce. Gemini was started as a sole proprietorship on June 1, 2004 by Dan Mora. The corporate office is in Rocklin, CA, which houses 75% of the employees. The additional 25% is Sales and Field Departments across California.
