Built for food trucks, market vendors, and event organisers, it replaces chaotic Instagram posts and last-minute DMs with a smart dashboard that updates live locations, weekly schedules, and event listings across marketplaces. Customers can discover nearby vendors in real time, while organisers manage EOIs and events — all in one place. The platform is scalable (built with Next.js), already onboarded 30+ vendors, and integrated Brisbane Council location data. FoodTrucker is now developing a dedicated mobile app and exploring partnerships with food rescue organisations like OzHarvest to help reduce food waste from unsold stock.
