FibriTech develops high-performance biomaterials from natural cellulose and lignocellulose fibers. Using our proprietary mould-expansion process, we manufacture spatially structured, lightweight biocomposites tailored for advanced agricultural and industrial use. Our first product is a fully bio, peat- and rockwool-free substrate for soilless plant cultivation. It offers a sustainable, clean, and automation-ready alternative for modern precision agriculture, vertical farming, and high-tech greenhouses. We target a rapidly growing €30B+ global market for soilless cultivation substrates, fueled by: • regulatory bans on peat extraction (EU, UK, soon globally), • rising demand for automated and controlled-environment agriculture (CEA), • and the shift toward net-zero, circular solutions in agri and foodtech. FibriTech’s material performs on par and better than conventional substrates, while offering significant sustainability and supply chain advantages. We are currently raising a late seed round to scale production, finalize certifications, and support commercial rollout in the EU and GCC regions.
