With feedbackly you can turn customer feedback into actionable data and measurable sales - via new leads, reviews and upsell offers based on feedback. It automates customer experience monitoring through the entire customer journey and allows you to take action on your customer experience data at every touchpoint you have - online and offline. We started our story as Tapin Feedback, a product and consultancy around customer experience at 2012. Feedbackly was born on the knowledge and cases of Tapin Feedback on 2016 when we got our first pre seed funding and pivoted to the company to be pure software and Saas business with only recurring customers.
