Empower NewGen is a social enterprise seeking a £ 65K debt investment to offer access to solar energy to people living in energy poverty. They offer some of the poorest people in Sub Saharan Africa a chance to use cleaner, cheaper, safer and more reliable energy resources. They act as an enabler for thousands at the Bottom of Pyramid to become better custodians of their local environments and improve their lives. With this initiative, they can: Have electricity, Improve their health and wellbeing, Access business development opportunities and Reduce deforestation and pollution levels.
