From six offices across three continents, 240+ passionate people, are driven by the desire to enable increased interconnectivity and make people’s lives better and easier by facilitating the ever-increasing need for economically viable and environmentally sustainable bandwidth and communication solutions. To do this, EFFECT Photonics strives to make the current bulky, expensive photonic technology, smaller, more affordable, easier to use and broadly accessible by leveraging the benefits of full photonic integration. EFFECT Photonics has the ambition to provide positively disruptive technology that tackles some big challenges. Today it is to bring greater capacity and increased efficiencies to telecoms in areas like 5G. Tomorrow, the focus is to bring coherent to industries such as hyperscalers. And beyond that, the aim is to help revolutionize any emerging industry where photonic technology could be an enabler, but where complexity, cost and accessibility are barriers to entry. EFFECT Photonics is headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, with additional facilities in the UK, the US and Taiwan, and a worldwide network of sales partners.
