Manufacturer of recycled plastic granules intended to provide different kinds of recycled plastic that are replicable. The company's brand-new materials are made solely of recycled plastic and rubber, which allows for complete independence from virgin raw materials and limits environmental damage. The production process of Ecoplastomers emits up to 69% less CO2 than traditional plastomers. Innovative technology: Ecopolplast’s patent technology creates a strong bond between recycled plastic and rubber. The ability to bond these components mechanically, without any chemical additives or stabilisers, makes Ecoplastomers easily recyclable and completely circular. Any product made from Ecoplastomer® can be flaked and reintroduced into the production cycle. This way, the recycled content does not go back to the landfill and stays in the closed loop. Ecoplastomer® has been successfully tested and used in various applications, including the automotive industry, demonstrating comparable or superior quality to traditional (virgin) materials. Density and hardness are similar, making incorporating Ecoplastomer® into standard production easy. Currently, two types of Ecoplastomer® are available: with PP and HDPE. All composites exhibit an excellent balance of stiffness, resilience, impact and UV-light resistance, and dimensional stability.
