Since 1995, the strategic investor in the Company is the American group The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, which currently owns approximately 87.251% of the company's share capital through Goodyear Holdings S.àr.l with its registered office in Luxembourg. The company's headquarters are located in Dębica (Podkarpackie Province), where the tire factory is also located. The company carries out production activities in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC. Oponiarska Dębica S.A. does not form a group. Oponiarska Dębica S.A. is a manufacturer of tyres for cars, vans and trucks. It offers a wide range of products tailored to the diverse needs of customers, related to: variable weather conditions – the offer includes both summer, winter and year-round tyres, different surfaces, driving style (for long or short distances, quiet or dynamic driving), car brand – The company provides tires for the first equipment of cars of leading automotive brands. (economy, middle or premium class). The company produces tyres under its own brand Dębica and other brands belonging to the Goodyear group, m.in.: Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda, Sava. In addition, Dębica tyres are manufactured by other production facilities belonging to the Goodyear group. Oponiarska Dębica S.A. is also a manufacturer of vulcanizing membranes intended for the production of tires. In 2018, the Company's sales amounted to PLN 1,932.2 million and were lower compared to sales of PLN 31,185,000 (1.6%). Sales to foreign markets amounted to PLN 1 712.3 million and represented 88.6% of the total value of sales, of which 98.5% represented sales to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. based in Luxembourg. The value of sales to the domestic market amounted to 11.4% of the total sales revenue. The main export markets for tyres manufactured in T.C. Dębica S.A. and subsequently repurchased by Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. are Luxembourg, Germany, Turkey, USA, Canada, France.
