Chucaw company profile

Chucaw is an innovative startup that leads the vanguard in science and technology to combat climate vulnerability. Our company specializes in the application of cognitive digital twins, Artificial Intelligence (AI), satellite technologies and geosciences, complemented with valuable local knowledge, to create strategies to manage and adapt to natural disasters and working hand in hand with CSR and ESG of insurers, banks and corporations. We are dedicated to integrating the local knowledge of disaster-affected communities with the latest scientific and technological advances, working closely with governments, businesses and civil organizations to strengthen their adaptive capacity and resilience. We have received several awards and funding, including the French government award in Chile Trophée Startup (https://www.inria.cl/es/emprendimientos-ganadores-del-trophee-startup-se-preparan-para-su-aceleracion-en-francia), and we are currently founders of the first AI startup chamber in Chile, and plan to set up in France during 2025, given the contacts and opportunities we have discussed in person with some potential partners, including INRIA, RisingSud, Choose Paris Region, and taking advantage of the new Chile-France cooperation agreement (https://inria.cl/en/chilean-ministry-science-and-inria-announce-creation-binational-center-artificial-intelligence).
