Chronicon is on a mission to elevate the visibility of the 133+ million Americans living with a chronic illness. Because let’s be honest—this population deserves more love and support. Through live experiences, content, and partnerships we create a safe container for people to hear the stories of thought-leaders and experts, find strength beyond their symptoms, and break the cycle of isolation that often accompanies feeling at odds with their bodies.
