Calvin University company profile

As its name suggests, Calvin College is a Christian institution affiliated with Calvinism. In fact, the school was actually founded by the Christian Reformed Church. Using a liberal arts curriculum, Calvin College teaches students to grow in faith and serve in God’s world. Calvin College’s academics present a vast number of opportunities. Over 100 majors and minors are available, and internships and research assistantships can deepen your studies and strengthen your academic resume. Student life at Calvin is synonymous with spiritual and personal growth. Faith and worship are central on campus, but there are many student organizations, athletic opportunities and service programs as well. The minimum admissions requirements for Calvin College are a 2.5 GPA and a 20 on the ACT (or a 940 on the SAT). The college uses a rolling admissions policy, so it’s a good idea to apply early. Financial aid is abundant at Calvin College, but there are a few key dates to keep in mind. For full scholarship consideration, make sure you have your application materials in by February 1. By February 15th, you should have filed the FAFSA and the Calvin Supplemental Aid Form. You’ll receive your financial aid package in March or April.
