Brunchit is eclectic, a fusion of ideas, trends, art, and flavors. We aim to sell not just delicious food but an experience, making you feel like you're in a place you always want to return to and explore. Six years ago, on the island of Bali, we planted a seed and nurtured it into something more than just a dish – it's about vibrant colors, exotic fruits, organic vegetables transformed into smoothies, yogurt bowls, or paired with bread, pastries, and focaccias. The seed kept growing, and Brunchit continued to expand, bringing tasty ideas from inspiring corners of the world where the world pauses when you eat – like rancheros eggs at Café Popular in Mexico, Benedictine eggs from Delmonico's in NYC, a freshly baked butter croissant at Café Aux Folies, or sourdough toast with avocado and pesto at Folk in Byron Bay.
