Blue-Mate is an innovative product dedicated to the restaurant world, that consists in a control panel (for the restaurants owner) and a user interface (for the customers). The control panel can be reached by web and will able the restaurant owner to learn more about its customers (tastes, habits and interests) and improve internal communication, saving time and money. The user interface on the other hand, uses the ibeacon technology (Bluetooth Low Energy), welcomes customers at the entrance and contains the entire menu (everything on the screen of his smartphone). Customers, will have the opportunity to try a new immersive experience as protagonists and share it on social networks, allowing restaurateurs to exponentially increase the visibility of their restaurant. Strengths of their system are, its ability to integrate within an existing application without forcing the customer to download a new one and its human component (they have deliberately excluded the automatic purchasing to maintain the relationship between the customer and waiter intact). The software interface is composed of a framework that can be easily implemented and outsourced in white label, control panel included.
