Antion Biosciences SA is a cell and gene engineering biotechnology company based in Geneva (Switzerland). It develops off-the-shelf therapies for the treatment of diseases with significant unmet medical needs. Antion’s proprietary technology allows for a modular and tunable approach to multiplex engineering of therapeutic cells. We have made a strategic shift to re-purpose our miCAR19 developments for autoimmune disease, building upon the recently shown in vivo proof-of-concept data with our lead product, miCAR7. Antion is one of the few players with an allogeneic solution. By leveraging its multiplex engineering technology, it has the potential to deliver a best-in-class product for B-cell-driven autoimmune disease. Significant preclinical progress has already been made, with the following value inflection point being proof-of-concept in humans.
